Delincuente Red

This is a vibrant, fruit-forward red from the Aragon region of Spain—usually labelled Delincuente or Delincuente Garnacha. Produced by Bodegas Borsao (a respected co‑op), it's made from about 30‑year‑old Garnacha vines with a short maceration period in stainless steel, delivering a fresher, lighter style.

• Appearance: Bright ruby with violet hints.

• Nose & palate: Juicy red berries—raspberry, strawberry, even plum—accented by dried florals and a hint of black pepper 

• Body & structure: Medium to full-bodied with ripe, approachable tannins, offering a smooth, lingering finish

• Food matches: Pairs best with burgers, BBQ, pizza, lamb, beef, and mature cheeses
